Advocacy

Fostering impactful citizenship

Advocacy plays a pivotal role in poverty relief and housing security by amplifying the voices of a coalition of supporters and driving systemic change. Through advocacy efforts, individuals and organizations work to raise awareness about the root causes of poverty, challenge discriminatory policies and practices, and push for equitable access to resources and opportunities.

By advocating for policies that promote economic justice at the intersection of housing security and racial justice, members of the Episcopal Impact Fund community strive to create a society where everyone has the chance to thrive. Through grassroots organizing, lobbying, and public campaigns, advocates focus not only on immediate needs but also work towards creating long-lasting solutions that address the underlying structural factors perpetuating poverty.
